Our Values

Wholeness

We develop the whole person: head, heart, body and spirit. We begin from the premise that people are whole, not broken, and thus the aim of development is to invite wholehearted engagement and expression, rather than to fix, force or manipulate.

Relationship

By building relationships based on mutual trust, respect and appreciation for diverse perspectives—among team members, across functions, and within organizations—we establish the foundation necessary to meet the challenges in work and life.

Self-Awareness

The power of awareness opens the mind, expands the heart, and enlivens the body and spirit. Self-awareness is the key (and often the missing link) to truly great leadership and to continuous personal and professional growth.

Embodiment

Insight alone is never sufficient to sustain lasting change or transformation. Good ideas and intentions must take root in the body as new habit. As Aristotle put it: We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Paradox

We honor the mystery and complexity of being human by creating safe, inviting environments that allow each of us to discover our blind spots and remember our beauty.
