Programs

Since 2007, our award-winning Personal Excellence Program (PEP) has been offered to over 2,500 people inside Genentech, Roche, Salesforce, Pixar, and JAFRA International.

PEP is a group coaching process that integrates principles and practices to engage the whole person and create lasting, sustainable growth. The full, ten-month Personal Excellence Program and PEP Workshops offer facilitated peer groups, individual coaching, and the cultivation of mindfulness, feedback and communication skills.
